well put wileecoyote. The ppl that say aluminum, in case of a leak wont rot are just being silly. If you have a leak...the least of your worries are what the frame is. That being said...find a floor plan and a weight you are happy with, then research the manufacturer. then make a purchase.

I am happy with it. When set to econo mode, the idle drops way down and purrs like a kitten. When running at high idle it is a little more noisey, but still quiet.
Will it run your A/C in the your camper if you just have the A/C on and nothing else? How long have you had it? That is a great price!
It ran my AC on a cool spring day. I dont have any volt/amp meter to see if it has the juice to run it on a hot day. I was told that even though it runs the AC, it may be doing damage due to being under powered.
I boondock on the beach where there is always a nice breeze to keep things cool, so i have not tried since.

But, since this truck and trailer were stolen and I have a truck and trailer...this is not funny to me....very sad.
I agree. I usually go for the joke, but in this case I dont find it a laffing matter. I can only think of the family that loaded up for a trip.........

Another vote for the Oxygenics shower head...
Best thing I ever bought for the camper.
Me and my shaved head were fine w/ the original. But the DW DEMANDED an improvement...
The Oxygenics fit the bill. No more complaints from the DW means I'm a happy camper again!!
Do these shower heads have an on/off switch like the oem ones?

According to the my GM manual for my 2004 Chevy 2500HD Duramax I can only use a blend of 5% Bio-Diesel... Our local truck stop only carries 20% Bio-Diesel...
From what I have read in the manual, burning a heavier blend will cause issues with warranty claims... My brother in law has the 2006 Duramax and his manual reads to only use 5% also...
100% seems like a real risk unless you can repair or rebuild yourself...
This is true. Truck manufacturers dont want to pay to fix a truck because of a bad batch of homebrew. That being said, if your truckstop is selling B20 you can feel safe running it. Biodiesel refiners make there stuff following ASTM guidelines. This stuff wasn't made in someones garage.
I have run B20 before with no issues in my truck. I would run it more but it is hard to find in my area.
If you plan to run it, keep a spare filter on hand. Like someone said It is a detergent and cleans out the whole fuel system. Including the injectors ;)
